Some parrots immediately tear into our rolls and can’t get enough of them. Others look at them like some alien has invaded their cage. If your bird is cautious, afraid of new things, or not used to foraging for his or her food, you may want to try our introductory pack. We sell the largest number of the medium sized rolls by far, so we have made this for the medium sized bird. If you have a small or large bird, contact us for information about an introductory pack for your bird. Please order your introductory pack from the regular rolls choices above. In this pack there are two medium sized rolls that are cut in half before drying. You can cut the dried rolls, but it is difficult and they sometimes crack. So this gives your bird a first opportunity to see inside the roll before being given one that is not open. Then there are four smaller sized rolls for the bird that may be afraid because of the size of the medium rolls. We have designed the sizes we offer to be a good snack or small meal for your bird and one that your bird would like to hold and eat, if they are a type that holds their food. However, some may be intimidated at first by the size. So this pack will give your bird a chance to get interested in the rolls before trying any others.

Dragon piñatas!! Ok, they don’t LOOK like a dragon, but these hanging rolls will give your bird the extended foraging fun of a piñata, taking multiple tries to get the prize.

Colorful (or without color if you prefer), and with four small rolls hidden inside extra chewables (like corn husks) and double wrappers, hung for safety on a vegetable cured leather strip. Different yummies inside each of the four rolls. Leave it to us to surprise your bird, that’s the fun of a piñata. No sunflower seeds. Let us know if your bird is sensitive to anything else.
